Smart Grid – Applications are now open for the 2022 Smart Grid Hackathon Innovation. The Innovation is organized by Smart Grid Centre of Excellence Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and incubation partner Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre, IIT Kanpur.
Applications are open for innovations with potential to mitigate challenges in Power Systems Network.

Benefits
- Wining innovations will receive Rs. 50,000 per month fellowship over the period of 12 months along with incubation support for the proposed innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have one innovative idea in the above mentioned domain
- Qualification: 4 years of full time undergraduate/post graduate education towards one or more-degree program in Computer Science/ Electrical /Electronic Engineering.
- Final year undergraduate students graduating in next 6 months can also apply.
- Must be African citizen
