Refugepoint Job – RefugePoint works to improve the quality of life for refugees worldwide through field building and systems change. We recognize the vital role that Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) play as first responders to community needs. We are interested in sharing knowledge, skills, and learning through more direct engagement with and support to these organizations. In addition to capacity-sharing support and facilitating peer-learning sessions, we are now excited to offer funding support. We hope that this support will strengthen and expand the impact of current efforts by CBOs to promote refugee self-reliance.
RefugePoint invites applications for funding support from refugee-serving Community-Based Organizations in Nairobi, Kenya, to strengthen and expand the impact of ongoing projects to advance refugee self-reliance. Refugee-Led Organizations, groups led by women, youth, and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
RefugePoint is a humanitarian organization that advances lasting solutions for refugees. Since 2005, RefugePoint has served vulnerable refugees in Nairobi, Kenya through its Urban Refugee Protection Program by offering both stabilization and empowerment services. In addition, RefugePoint endeavours to improve the quality of life for refugees around the world
through field building and systems change. We recognize the vital role that Community-Based

REFUGEPOINT FUNDING PROGRAMME 2022 Eligibility
Organizations applying must be:
- Community-based organizations primarily working with urban refugees.
- Based in Nairobi Metropolitan area.
- Registered with the government of Kenya and be active in operation.
- Able to successfully clear relevant vetting/background checks on the organization
and key officials. - All staff of RefugePoint who are part of the leadership structure of a CBO are
ineligible to apply.

Attach the completed application template as a PDF and rename it to the CBO’s name. The email subject line should read RLO Call for proposals.
