The Department of Crop and Soil Sciences is inviting applications from highly motivated and suitably qualified persons to apply for the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) MSc Scholarship in Agronomy, 2022/2023-2023/24 Academic year, Bunda campus. This is a full MSc scholarship. The successful candidate will conduct research under a project titled ‘Malawi AgroEcological Intensification Hub’ supported the Mc Knight Foundation CCRP.
Eligibility and desirable attributes
- Candidates must have already been admitted at LUANAR in MSc Agronomy program starting the first semester of 2022/23 academic year.
- A Bachelor of Science in Agronomy or Agriculture with at least a credit.
- Self-motivated and creative
- Good communication and analytical skills
- A high degree of personal integrity

The Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources is a university outside Lilongwe, Malawi. It was formed in 2011 by a merger between Bunda College of Agriculture of the University of Malawi and Natural Resources College.
