Gijima Change Management Internship programme 2023

Gijima is recruiting a young talented Change Management graduate to join our internship programme for a 5 month period. The Internship programme is designed to attract young multi-disciplined graduates with no or limited work experience.

The criteria is as follows:-

Candidates must have completed a degree in Industrial Psychology
Change Management as a 3rd year subject is a pre-requisite
Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet
Clear credit (ITC) and no criminal record;
Further learning assumed is the ability to use a personal computer;
Candidates must currently be unemployed;
Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program;
Candidates must live in Gauteng and be able to travel to Midrand and Pretoria;
Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 January 2023;
Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, Asian Coloured and Indian welcome;

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:-

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Possess excellent command of the English language
Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Must be creative
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team, with the willingness to put in extra effort and time when the team is under pressure
