Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is responsible for market conduct regulation and supervision. The objective of the FSCA is to enhance and support the efficiency

and integrity of financial markets and to protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions as well as providing financial customers with

financial education and maintaining financial stability.

Roll out plan of the programme

Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) seeks to provide a learnership opportunity to an unemployed learner with Grade 12 to develop essential professional skills.

The learnership programme will be for 12 months. The learner will be placed under the Learning and Development function within the Human Resources Department.

Eligibility

Learners with interest in learning and Development field. The FSCA is committed towards increasing the representation of marginalised groups in line with its Employment

Duration

One-year learnership, non-renewable contract.
