Management Trainees receive experience through meaningful work in one of our RCL Manufacturing sites, allowing them to take ownership and responsibility for real business tasks.
In addition to providing exposure, we invest in the personal development and growth of our Management Trainees through training, mentorship, and structured development plans. Management Trainees are expected to be highly motivated and self-motivated in order to stay focused on their development and contribution to the larger team.
